The specific signal of suffering characteristic to the laziness can have many different forms: the apathy, desertion, boredom, torpor, hesitation restless and the agitation; all of them point out the presence in our psyche of some wrong judgments which imply the existence of different false expectations:
1. We expect that the harmony and the existence of our own system and of the surrounding ones, to be preserved and strengthened even if we don’t perform some specific actions for this.
2. We expect to obtain what we want to obtain or to avoid what we want to avoid, but without doing something special for this.
The signal of psychical suffering specific to the laziness appears when we have in our psyche some wrong judgments which:
1. deter us to act (or make us to postpone the action) in order to restore and strengthen our own and surrounding harmony, when it’s so necessary to do this.
2. deny the existence of a concordance between the obtaining of what we want and avoiding of what we don’t want; it also denies the existence of an action made for this purpose.
These wrong judgments imply the existence in the psyche of some false expectations like:
1. "The actions necessary for the maintenance of our own harmony and existence should always be performed by the others. “
It’s obvious that the other ones can’t always act or don’t want to do this instead of us. To expect the contrary is a false expectation.
2. “I should always obtain all that I want or avoid what I don’t want, without being necessary to make anything special for this.”
3. "All my desires and necessities should always satisfy from themselves.”
1. Each system (from those seven previously mentioned) requires from us to perform some specific actions in order to keep its harmony:
-the physical one needs as all its necessities of hydration, clothing, shelter, food, etc. to be satisfied on due time;
-the energetic one needs motion for producing the movement of the energies from the body;
-the emotional-perceptive and communicative one needs the achievement of some new perceptions (a continuous getting of information which reflect the continuous changes from the environment); it also needs for the achievement of an efficient communication with the other systems from its environment;
-the mental one (with its four specific systems) needs the correction of the wrong judgments which may appear in it and the activation of the conscious for the analysis and the solving of the problems we are faced with.
When we don’t perform these actions on due time, the Supra-conscious points us out this situation through specific signals of psychical suffering, among which there are those specific to the laziness.
The social and natural systems which we belong to, also need specific actions - performed in certain moments - in order to keep their harmony and existence.
If we refuse or delay to perform these actions, we’re warned by the Supra-conscious that we jeopardize the harmony of the social system and of our, too.
2. Sometimes, when the signal of psychical suffering specific to the laziness is present (with its different forms of boredom, indifference, desertion, etc.) we may get the impression that we don’t want to do anything in those moments, that we don’t want anything.
This impression is a false one, created by the presence in the psyche of some wrong judgments.
It’s obvious that we always (and anytime) want something and don’t want something else (usually we want peace, tranquility and don’t want agitation or disharmony) as long as we have an existence as a system (it seems to us that we don’t want anything; but in fact we don’t want anything specific but we want something else).
It’s very simple to be aware of this thing: when the signal of laziness appears (under the forms mentioned above) we begin to enumerate in our mind all the things we could want (in this way we’ll see that at some desires will “vibrate” more, because we really want them in that moment, even if a little bit earlier we got the false impression that we don’t want anything more) or all the things we wouldn’t like to happen to us (psychical or physical suffering).
If we are aware of what we want and don’t want, we can immediately realize that we have to perform some specific actions which get us closer of the desired objectives and thus, keep us away of those unwanted (the destruction of the harmony pointed out by the suffering).
If we refuse or delay to perform these actions, we can be sure that sooner or later we’ll get something we don’t want to and will not obtain what we want to obtain...
The signal of psychical suffering specific to the laziness, send by the Supra-conscious, warns us that it’s necessary to correct our wrong judgments which deter us to act for reaching the desired objectives and for the avoiding of the unwanted ones.
But for this, it’s absolutely necessary to realize the existence of a contradiction between what we want to do and what we really do, to realize and correct the false expectations which sometime sustain this contradiction.
The presence of some wrong judgments specific to the laziness in our psyche is, most of the time, accompanied by the presence of some wrong judgments specific to the indecision or revolt, in the same time.
We’ve already mentioned both of them and that’s why now, I’ll insist a little upon the indecision.
It can appear in our psyche only if we don’t have the desired objectives on long and short term, clearly established in it.
As I’ve already mentioned, the objectives on long term must be those specific to the ideals from the existential-philosophic system:
- the unconditioned love and the good for everybody;
- the strengthening of the justice and the harmony in the system;
- the increasing and the apparition in us and in those around us of the knowledge and the truth (the honesty);
- the creative attitude;
- the awareness and the assuming of our duties as members of the system;
- the assuming of an attitude of precaution, made for the unity and liberty.
In order to achieve these ideals, we have to establish some clear and correct objectives on long term (for the next 10 years) and on short term.
If we do this work of being aware of our own wishes, after we corrected the wrong judgments specific to the existential-philosophic mental system (the doctrines and the non-ideals), the indecision won’t appear in us anymore; starting from that moment, we won’t hesitate almost at all about what we should have done at a given moment:
- we will perform those actions which help us to get closer of the aimed objective on long and short term (the superior harmonization of the system);
- we won’t make something which doesn’t help us in the reaching of these objectives.
The indecision may appear only at those people who continue to keep in themselves some dogmatic doctrines and non-ideals and who don’t have a realistic and strictly delimitated objectives on long and short term (those on short term will help us to achieve the objectives on long term; and these ones, at their turn, must be materializations of the ideals).
Now let’s talk a little about boredom, as a form of manifestation of the laziness. According to the DEX, it is “a slightly moral depression, caused by loneliness, by the lack of activity, by an unattractive activity or by monotony.”
Thus, we can see that the signal of psychical suffering specific to the boredom points us out that we have in our psyche some wrong judgments which:
- deter us to communicate, make us to isolate ourselves (so they forbid us to satisfy a need of the emotional-perceptive-communicative system);
- deter us to perform some specific actions necessary for the maintenance and the strengthen of a system’s harmony (the presence of the non-ideals);
- make us to perform actions made for the destruction of the harmony of a system (which keep us away of our objective: the superior harmonization of the system);
- make us to perform actions which deter us to have access-as often as possible-to the new perceptions and information necessary for the adaptation at the continuous change from the system (a need of the emotional-communicative-perceptive system).
Sustaining in the psychic some correct judgments, made for communication and the perception of some new sensations, for the fulfillment of the ideals from the system, the signal of psychic suffering will undoubtedly disappear.
It points out false expectations like:
- “I should never be obliged to perform a specific action in order to satisfy my needs of communication (to look for and keep friends) and of new perceptions (to study, to travel, to inform myself about the system’s state at a given moment)”.
Nobody can satisfy these needs instead of us. To expect the contrary means to sustain in us a false expectation.
- “I should never be forced to perform any specific action in order to maintain and strengthen the harmony and the existence of my own system.”
As it was previously mentioned, the identification and correction of these false expectations lead to the automatic disappearance of the signal which indicated their presence (of the signal of psychical suffering specific to the boredom).
Laziness, with its different forms of manifestation (indecision, boredom, desertion, etc.) is encouraged to appear if we sustain in our psyche some wrong judgments specific to the non-ideals:
- the indifference and the desertion towards the well- running of the system;
- the maintenance in ourselves of an attitude of dishonesty with the others (it will later deter the communication and, finally, will lead to the apparition of the boredom);
- the maintenance of an unconstructive attitude of destruction and anarchy (revolt) specific to the laziness;
- the sustaining of some attitudes of ignorance (“I don’t know and I don’t care…) which deters the access at the new information and perceptions.
The presence in the psyche of some wrong judgments specific to the laziness, also encourages the apparition and the maintenance of some depressions specific to the sadness (the lack of some clear and precise objectives adapted to the moment and made for the reaching of the ideals).
But we don’t have to confuse the laziness (the state of agitation, anxiety, boredom, indecision) with the rest (the state of relaxation, quiet, peace, etc.) so necessary for the restoration of our own system or after an intense activity.
The rest is necessary to be performed periodically for the system’s recovery, but the laziness is never necessary for its well-running.
The actions performed for the achievement of the objectives established by us, must be periodically interrupted by periods of rest, which last as long as it’s necessary for the physical, energetic, emotional and mental recovery of our own system...
But the rest can degenerate into laziness; a lucid conscious can’t make this confusion.
